1. What actually happens to your data

The booking simulator and contact form on this site are demonstration features that run entirely in your browser. What you type is kept only in the page's temporary memory while it's open.

No information is transmitted to Ritunio, to El Dorado or to any server through these forms. Nothing is written to a database and no real appointment is created.

Your data disappears as soon as you reload or close the page. No payment data is requested or processed, no user account is created, there's no newsletter subscription, and no advertising profiling takes place.

2. Simulation forms

The booking simulator and the contact form on the homepage are interface simulations. There is no backend, database or email service behind these forms. If you write to us by phone, WhatsApp or social media, that conversation happens outside this site and is governed by those services' own terms.

3. Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use its own cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, tracking pixels or analytics/advertising tools. See the cookies policy for more detail, including the Google map embedded in the location section.

4. Fonts, images and hosting

Fonts are loaded via next/font and served from this site itself, with no requests to external servers at runtime. Photos of the studio and team are illustrative while real images are sourced (see the notices next to each section); no external image or video service is used.

Since no personal data is transmitted or stored through these forms, there's no information on our side to correct or delete. If you have any question about this policy, you can write to the person responsible for the project using the contact details below.

6. Future changes to this policy

If real forms, server-side storage, email delivery, analytics tools, payment processing or third-party services are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated before those features go live.
